HOODS ECOLINE

• An economical series made with hoods assembled with SPOT WELDING but at the same time with simple and clean lines.
• Built entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, Scotch Brite, Assembly with SPOT WELDING and flanging of all inside corners;
• Furnished with labyrinth filters in stainless steel AISI 304 opposed to the constant drainage and safety of the fumes and greases;
• Also equipped with blank panels in AISI 304 for a correct balance of aspiration;
• Chrome threaded cap with o-ring seal .
• The areas accessible to the hands of the operators are made with double fold safety.
• The central hoods are indicated for the aspiration of groups of cooking “shoulder to shoulder”, and for all uses that require a use by the two opposing sides.
• The Wall hoods are indicated for the aspiration of groups of cooking positioned on the wall, and for all uses that require the use of only one side.

Accessoires:

• Centrifugal double exhaust fan in box direct coupling or transmission with 1 or 2 speed Boxes filter for the removal of smokes and odors;
• Ducting rounded, or square, stainless steel galvanized sheet metal, copper.

HOODS 430

• A series more cheaper than the Eco-line. Hoods built with the use of stainless steel 430 and spot welding, but at the same time with simple, clean lines.
• Built entirely of stainless steel AISI 430, Scotch Brite,
• Assembly with SPOT WELDING and flanging all inside corners
• Furnished with labyrinth filters in stainless steel AISI 430 opposed to the constant drainage and safety ok smokes and greases;

HOODS GOLD

• A series robust and elegant from the realization date of the hoods entirely WELDED.
• Built entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, Scotch Brite, assembled by WELDING and flanging of all internal corners
• Furnished with labyrinth filters in stainless steel AISI 304 opposed to the constant drainage and safety ok smokes and greases
• Also equipped with blank panels in AISI 304 for a correct balance of aspiration.
• Peripheral channel, with a discharge hole for the conveyance of fat in an appropriate tank 1/9 in AISI 304 removable.
• The areas accessible to the hands of the operators are made with double fold safety. The central hoods are indicated for the aspiration of groups of cooking “shoulder to shoulder”, and for all uses that require a use by the two opposing sides.

VENTILATION

Puglia Inox operates in the field of ventilation for 20 years, producing the highest quality products and using suppliers and manufacturers of components useful in our productions, among the best in the world scene.

All our extraction boxes/ entry and activated carbon filtration plants are composed of extruded aluminum structure oxidized P40 / P50 and nylon corners. Panels of galvanized sheet steel / painted sheet sp. 10/10 insulated with high density polyurethane foam and high acoustic performance.

The double-suction centrifugal fan is made of strong slats.

In the version VCC directly coupled:

• the electric motor is directly coupled to the impeller and equipped with electric connection terminal board.

In the VTC version transmission:

• the IP55 electric motor IE2 high efficiency, is connected to the centrifugal fan with double intake by means of a V-belt spa section.

In central abatement smells that are involved in the deodorization of environments such as large kitchens and crowded offices, are added to the previously described motor, the primary filtration filters, fine filtration, absolute filtration and purification.

PIPELINE AND TUBES

Our flues, smoke ducts and metal chimneys can be made of stainless steel, copper and galvanized sheet metal circular section, square and rectangular. Comply with Directive 89/106 / EEC of the European Community of 21 December 1988, for the approximation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to construction products, as amended by Directive 93/68 EEC of the Council of the European communities of 22 July 1993.

They conform to the standards: EN 1856-1-2009, EN 1856-2-2009.

Product line:

• Metal chimney single wall thickness 0,5 / 0,6 / 0,8 / 1 mm; diameters range 80-400 mm;
• Metal double wall chimney isolated with rock wool 25 mm thick and 50 mm – inner wall steel 1.4404 (AISI 316 L) of thickness 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1 mm and outer steel wall steel or copper; internal diameters range 80-400 mm; outside diameters range from 130 to 450 mm.
